Watch for them, they are “popping-up" all over! Indivisible Door County is exercising its First Amendment Freedom of Speech Rights and sharing its values to passers by. On July 6 they were in Sister Bay; on the 8th it was Egg Harbor. Holding signs extolling Free to Choose, Free to Marry, Affordable Childcare, Stop Gun Violence, Fair Taxes, Clean Air & Water, Protect Voting Rights, Safe Roads & Bridges, Keep Medicare, Keep Social Security, Living Wages and more, the group is popping up at various places and times throughout the county to urge folks to Vote for Democrats. “It is essential that as voters we make our voices heard. Our positive messaging is intended to stress what we as an undivided (Indivisible) nation can do for the Common Good". “One political party clearly shares these values -- the Democrats – and we are urging people to vote for that party because they vote for us.” These random “pop-ups” will be encouraging voters to connect their values with the upcoming elections throughout the summer.
